This module is offered to Fire Hero Learning Network Users under a cooperative agreement with FM. This program describes the importance of a comprehensive pre-incident plan for complex or unusual properties. The plan is typically based on the preliminary information developed during a company-level survey of the selected property. The program covers the criteria for selecting a property in need of a comprehensive plan, provides guidance on the information the department should collect in the development of the plan, explains how to analyze the information collected, and suggests ways to make the information available to incident commanders during an event.
