Emergency Services Risk Reduction Program Certificate

The Fire Hero Learning Network offers an Emergency Services Risk Reduction Program Certificate for registered users who complete four specific FHLN online self-paced programs. The four programs required for the Emergency Services Risk Reduction Program Certificate are listed below.

To earn credit for each program, you must view the program in its entirety and pass the Skills Challenge test. Once you earn credit for all four programs, you will be able to download a special Emergency Services Risk Reduction Program Certificate representing four hours of tested training.

When you have completed all the programs, you can download the certificate from your Completed Programs page. If you have any technical problems, please file a support ticket.

Please note that prior to 12/2/2021, the Emergency Services Risk Reduction Program Certificate offered options for the fourth required program. One of those options was "Stress First Aid for Fire and EMS Personnel". That program is no longer available as of 12/2/2021 because the content was updated and moved to firstrespondercenter.org/training/. If you earned the ESRRP Certificate using Stress First Aid for Fire and EMS Personnel prior to 12/2/2021, you can still download your certificate below. The ESRRP Certificate also remains as an entry on your transcript. To update your training in stress first aid, please visit firstrespondercenter.org/training/.
